Flying High in Ripon

All the fun of the fair without huge crowds! We could not have wished for better luck when we visited Lightwater Valley during half term.
A stroll around grassy parkland shaded in part by cedar trees took us to pirate land, angry birds, an old fashioned fairground, mines and a variety of water slides and roller coasters. There was even a farmland tractor ride just in case we were missing home.
We finished the day with a round of Jurassic-themed crazy golf. It was a day that would have been a winner in any weather but the sunshine made it extra special. Top quote of the day: "When can we come back?"
