A lovely couple of guests who visited us last week left us a flower to remember them by.: "lychnis flos-cuculi" or, more simply, "Jenny". Jenny blooms with cotton wool flowers in delicate pink and has now found a home amongst the carnations and the peonies, the buddleia, periwinkle, foxgloves on the terrace in front of the cottage. If you spot her in the garden, you can think of Sue and Mike. Our thanks to both of them.
