We welcome guests to our little piece of heaven with you all year round. We cater to small groups and larger parties who want the comfort of being close by whilst enjoying their own space. Accommodation includes two distinct cottages:

 

- River View Holiday Cottage is a cosy, traditional two bedroom haven for 3 people. 

 

- Hill View Holiday Cottage is a gorgeous, modern open plan space two bedroom cottage with sauna that sleep 4 people.

Our orchard is maturing, new hedgerow and surprises await River View and Hill View visitors this year. Enjoy the peace, views and birdsong in our beautiful Dales cottages in Pateley Bridge. Just a half hour's drive from Harrogate, ten minutes from World Heritage Site Fountains Abbey and many more places to visit, this is the perfect spot for exploring and enjoying the North Yorkshire countryside.

Our two holiday cottages are on a traditional North Yorkshire farm ten minutes from the historic and picturesque town of Pateley Bridge in the Harrogate district. Choose to look out past the terraced garden, over the wildflower meadow and across the valley or a secluded Orchard View with an in-house sauna for that added touch of luxury.

River View Dales holiday cottage is in Nidderdale

River View Pateley is in the heart of Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the North Yorkshire Dales. Conveniently located less than a mile from Pateley Bridge, we are within easy reaching distance of spa town Harrogate and Fountains Abbey & Studley Royal World Heritage Site . With numerous farm and artisan shops, outdoor locations, cosy pubs and gorgeous views on tap, you have the very best fresh air and country fayre. You might not want to leave!

Local environment

Our 9 acres of farmland, still used for grazing and harvesting is   periodically home to wild otters, deer, badgers, rabbits and pheasants. The land is bordered on two sides by a river with trout and eels. Ducks and geese visit whenever the water allows.
